It is perfect for a lawyer's or other professional's office. I think it's complete with the exception of a pre-cooler basket that stored bottles to chill for restocking and the coin box.It is not needed for the machine to function normally.The compressor is not locked up... it runs, but does not cool.See Pictures

    This is a very rare Coke machine, only 2000-2500 were built.
    It is a small 27 bottle model used in offices and locations that didn't have high traffic.
    It is perfect for a lawyer's or a professional's office.
    I think it's complete with the exception of the coin box and the pre-cooler basket that stored bottles to chill for restocking.
    The basket is not needed for the machine to function normally and a coin box is easy to fabricate.
    The compressor seems to be good... you can hear it run, but it does not cool.
